 , you will play a critical role in scaling General &amp; Administrative (G&amp;A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions by attracting top-tier talent.
 
 
 This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for key roles, influence hiring strategies, and drive continuous improvement across talent acquisition efforts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority roles across G&amp;A and Go-To-Market functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in competitive markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers and leadership to provide strategic guidance on hiring best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within recruiting workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and execute recruiting projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and optimize pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the offer process, including negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or G&amp;A roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to improve recruiting processes and build programs that deliver measurable impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels using data-driven decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex hiring initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and consultative skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent in high-growth environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate with urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for leveraging data to guide decisions and communicate progress to stakeholders
 </li>
