Join a rapidly growing fintech organization and make a meaningful impact by helping build the teams that power innovation. As a Staff Recruiter , you will play a critical role in scaling General & Administrative (G&A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions by attracting top-tier talent.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for key roles, influence hiring strategies, and drive continuous improvement across talent acquisition efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority roles across G&A and Go-To-Market functions
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in competitive markets
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to provide strategic guidance on hiring best practices
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within recruiting workflows
  • Manage and execute recruiting projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and optimize pipelines
  • Oversee the offer process, including negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer documentation


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or G&A roles
  • Proven ability to improve recruiting processes and build programs that deliver measurable impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels using data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex hiring initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills
  • Track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent in high-growth environments
  • Ability to operate with urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Passion for leveraging data to guide decisions and communicate progress to stakeholders
