Key Responsibilities:Procurement &amp; Vendor Management:<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with institutional goals.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for academic and non-academic materials (books, lab equipment, uniforms, IT, furniture, etc.).</li><li>Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations and maintain long-term supplier relationships.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Asset Management:<ul><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels across campuses; monitor usage trends and demand forecasting.</li><li>Implement inventory management systems for real-time tracking and reporting.</li><li>Ensure systematic tagging, tracking, and auditing of assets across all institutions.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Distribution:<ul><li>Plan and manage the logistics of materials and equipment across multiple locations.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to meet academic timelines (start of academic year, exams, etc.).</li><li>Liaise with transport vendors for cost-efficient and reliable distribution.</li></ul>Process Optimization &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Standardize procurement and SCM processes across the organization.</li><li>Ensure adherence to procurement policies, budget guidelines, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with academic heads, admin managers, and finance teams for alignment and planning.</li><li>Ensure timely reporting, MIS, and documentation.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.</li><li>Prior experience in the education sector or multi-location institutions (schools, colleges, training centers) preferred.</li><li>Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management tools.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>Desirable Traits:<ul><li>Strategic thinking and cost consciousness.</li><li>High integrity and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead teams.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to institutional needs.</li></ul>Interested candidates please share your CVs to ushakirana.v@chrysalishigh.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,000,460.59 - &#8377;2,400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
