Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Fleet Management: Supervise and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules, vehicle availability, and asset utilization.</li><li>Logistics Planning: Develop and implement transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies (e.g., HSE, DVSA, OSHA).</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and other transport staff. Monitor performance and enforce discipline as needed.</li><li>Budgeting: Manage transportation budgets, control costs, and report on KPIs (fuel usage, delivery.</li><li>Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers.</li><li>Safety and Risk Management: Promote a safety-first culture, manage incident reports, and oversee vehicle insurance and accident claims.</li><li>Technology &amp; Reporting: Utilize transport management systems (TMS) and telematics to optimize route planning, track shipments, and generate reports.</li></ul>The work will be from Whitefield and 6 days work.Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile industry is mandatory.Interested candidates please share your CV to ushakirana.v@chrysalishigh.com.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
