Fleet Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: Supervise and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules, vehicle availability, and asset utilization.
• Logistics Planning: Develop and implement transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Compliance: Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies (e.g., HSE, DVSA, OSHA).
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and other transport staff. Monitor performance and enforce discipline as needed.
• Budgeting: Manage transportation budgets, control costs, and report on KPIs (fuel usage, delivery.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts with carriers and service providers.
• Safety and Risk Management: Promote a safety-first culture, manage incident reports, and oversee vehicle insurance and accident claims.
• Technology & Reporting: Utilize transport management systems (TMS) and telematics to optimize route planning, track shipments, and generate reports.

The work will be from Whitefield and 6 days work.

Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile industry is mandatory.
