International Buyer Research &amp; Lead Development<ul><li>Identify and research overseas genuine buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers in target markets (Africa, UAE, Canada, Europe, etc.).</li><li>Analyse global furniture market trends, competitor offerings, price ranges, and buyer behaviors.</li><li>Build a solid database of verified prospects using online portals, export directories, B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), and social media.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Client Handling<ul><li>Introduce ATMo Ruhe products to potential international buyers through email, calls, and online meetings.</li><li>Prepare and share company profiles, product catalogs, presentations, and quotations.</li><li>Manage follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building to convert leads into long-term customers.</li></ul>3. Export Documentation &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with production, design, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure order readiness.</li><li>Prepare and manage export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, Insurance papers, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping agents, and banks for smooth export operations.</li></ul>4. Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly export business targets.</li><li>Identify opportunities for new products, new markets, and partnerships.</li><li>Participate in international exhibitions, virtual trade shows, and B2B matchmaking events (if required).</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Internal Coordination<ul><li>Maintain buyer communication records, pipeline updates, and sales reports.</li><li>Work closely with the management team to plan and execute export growth strategies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration / International Trade / Commerce / Marketing or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in exports, international sales, or business development (Furniture/Building Materials industry preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of export process, international trade terms (INCOTERMS), shipping documents, and logistics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (spoken &amp; written).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Email drafting, WhatsApp Business, and internet research tools.</li><li>Ability to identify and qualify international buyers with strong follow-up skills.</li><li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;14,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 24 &ndash; 48 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Export executive: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
