GoldKingSon Welmade Pvt Ltd is an emerging furniture export company based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Under our brand ATMo Ruhe, we source and export premium knockdown (flat-pack) furniture such as coffee tables, storage cabinets, wardrobes, TV units, bookshelves, and more. Our products combine modern design, world-class furniture fittings, and high-grade materials—all Made in India with global appeal.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Buyer Research & Lead Development

  • Identify and research overseas genuine buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers in target markets (Africa, UAE, Canada, Europe, etc.).
  • Analyse global furniture market trends, competitor offerings, price ranges, and buyer behaviors.
  • Build a solid database of verified prospects using online portals, export directories, B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), and social media.

2. Communication & Client Handling

  • Introduce ATMo Ruhe products to potential international buyers through email, calls, and online meetings.
  • Prepare and share company profiles, product catalogs, presentations, and quotations.
  • Manage follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building to convert leads into long-term customers.

3. Export Documentation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, design, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure order readiness.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, Insurance papers, etc.).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping agents, and banks for smooth export operations.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly export business targets.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, new markets, and partnerships.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, virtual trade shows, and B2B matchmaking events (if required).

5. Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain buyer communication records, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
  • Work closely with the management team to plan and execute export growth strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / International Trade / Commerce / Marketing or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in exports, international sales, or business development (Furniture/Building Materials industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of export process, international trade terms (INCOTERMS), shipping documents, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Email drafting, WhatsApp Business, and internet research tools.
  • Ability to identify and qualify international buyers with strong follow-up skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week

Experience:

  • Export executive: 1 year (Preferred)
