The Estimation &amp; Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing project cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, client billing, contractor billing, and ensuring accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities1. Estimation &amp; Costing<ul><li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.</li><li>Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project specifications.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for civil construction works.</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.</li><li>Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour, and machinery.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for material costing.</li></ul>2. Billing Management<ul><li>Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for clients.</li><li>Verify contractor/vendor bills as per executed quantities.</li><li>Maintain measurement sheets and billing records.</li><li>Ensure billing is aligned with work progress.</li><li>Track payment certifications and billing status.</li></ul>3. Quantity Surveying<ul><li>Site measurement verification.</li><li>Reconciliation of material consumption.</li><li>Quantity variation tracking and reporting.</li><li>Assist in change order and variation claims.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain billing registers and cost reports.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly billing reports.</li><li>Maintain project cost tracking sheets.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers for work progress updates.</li></ul>5. Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with site team, planning team, and accounts department.</li><li>Support project team during audits and billing approvals.</li><li>Liaise with consultants and clients for bill certification.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation &amp; rate analysis.</li><li>Understanding of civil drawings and specifications.</li><li>Knowledge of billing procedures and contract terms.</li><li>Good analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel &amp; AutoCAD.</li></ul>Software Knowledge<ul><li>MS Excel (Advanced preferred)</li><li>AutoCAD</li><li>ERP / Billing Software (preferred)</li><li>MS Office</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction estimating: 6 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
