Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.</li><li>Define KPIs and monitor performance through regular reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.</li></ul>2. Builder &amp; Partner Onboarding<ul><li>Identify and establish partnerships with leading real estate builders and developers.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize exclusive and non-exclusive property listing agreements.</li><li>Build strategic alliances to strengthen Golden Rich Properties&rsquo; market presence.</li></ul>3. Customer Acquisition &amp; Retention<ul><li>Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes for buyers, sellers, and renters.</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective onboarding and support.</li><li>Implement CRM strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>4. Market Expansion &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Analyze real estate market trends to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.</li><li>Recommend innovative sales and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.</li></ul>5. Sales Operations &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.</li><li>Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to management.</li><li>Ensure operational efficiency through streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>6. Website &amp; Platform Engagement<ul><li>Drive builder and customer engagement with the Golden Rich Properties platform.</li><li>Promote the platform&rsquo;s features and ensure seamless digital onboarding experiences.</li><li>Work with technical teams to improve platform usability based on user feedback.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role</li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li>Excellent understanding of the Nashik real estate market and customer dynamics</li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results and manage a high-performance team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Five: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
