Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Define KPIs and monitor performance through regular reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.

2. Builder & Partner Onboarding

  • Identify and establish partnerships with leading real estate builders and developers.
  • Negotiate and finalize exclusive and non-exclusive property listing agreements.
  • Build strategic alliances to strengthen Golden Rich Properties’ market presence.

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes for buyers, sellers, and renters.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective onboarding and support.
  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

4. Market Expansion & Business Growth

  • Analyze real estate market trends to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
  • Recommend innovative sales and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.

5. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to management.
  • Ensure operational efficiency through streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.

6. Website & Platform Engagement

  • Drive builder and customer engagement with the Golden Rich Properties platform.
  • Promote the platform’s features and ensure seamless digital onboarding experiences.
  • Work with technical teams to improve platform usability based on user feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of the Nashik real estate market and customer dynamics
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results and manage a high-performance team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
