The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on trademark protection strategies, managing applications, handling oppositions and enforcement actions, and providing end-to-end support in intellectual property rights.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct trademark searches and provide registrability opinions.</li><li>Draft, file, and prosecute trademark applications before the Registry.</li><li>Handle OPPOSITION, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION and INFRINGMENT matters.</li><li>Prepare and review legal documents including notices, agreements (assignment, licensing, coexistence), and affidavits.</li><li>Represent clients before the Trademark Registry as required.</li><li>Advise clients on IP portfolio management and brand protection strategies.</li><li>Monitor, track, and manage statutory deadlines and compliances.</li><li>Conduct due diligence and prepare IP audit reports.</li><li>Liaise with clients, authorities, and external counsels to ensure smooth case management.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of India (or relevant jurisdiction).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years (or more, depending on your need) of proven experience in trademark prosecution and litigation.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.</li><li>Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.</li><li>Commercial awareness with an understanding of branding and business implications.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Prior experience in a reputed IP law firm or corporate IP team.</li><li>Knowledge of copyright, design, and patent laws will be an advantage.</li><li>Client-focused approach with strong negotiation and advisory skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic IP practice.</li><li>Exposure to diverse national and international clients.</li></ul>Only candidates with qualifications and experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law are eligible to apply for this position.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for the acquisition and enforcement of Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs, and Patents which falls under the IPR segment.</li></ul>Do you have any prior experience in IPR segment ?<ul><li>Do you independently handle the drafting of oppositions, evidence submissions under Rules 45, 46, and 47, as well as replies to examination reports?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 17/10/2025 Expected Start Date: 18/09/2025

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, opposition, litigation support, and IP advisory.
