Job SummaryThe Office &amp; Interdepartmental Coordinator cum MIS Executive will be responsible for coordinating between internal departments (Sales, CRM, Marketing, Site Operations, Finance, and Channel Partners) while ensuring accurate and timely preparation of MIS reports. The role focuses on daily operations support, performance reporting, database management, and assisting management with dashboards and presentation reports.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities1) Office &amp; Interdepartmental CoordinationCoordinate daily operations and communication between Sales, Site, CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Channel Partner teams.Ensure smooth workflow and timely updates across departments.Support in scheduling follow-ups, inter-team reporting, and status updates.Maintain proper coordination for approvals, documentation, and correspondence.2) MIS Reporting &amp; Data ManagementPrepare, update, and maintain MIS reports for:Sales performanceBookings &amp; cancellationsInventory / unit availabilityCollections and outstanding paymentsWalk-ins, leads, and conversionsShare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with management and stakeholders.Track project-wise / site-wise performance and highlight deviations, discrepancies, and gaps.Maintain accurate databases in Excel / ERP / CRM systems, ensuring regular updates and validation.3) Sales Documentation &amp; SupportAssist sales team with:Agreement coordination &amp; documentation trackingDemand letters and payment follow-upsSales support documents and internal reporting requirementsEnsure all sales-related records are maintained systematically and available when required.4) Finance &amp; Collection CoordinationCoordinate with the Finance team to track:Collection updates and payment schedulesOutstanding status and follow-up requirementsReconciliation support and reportingEnsure correct alignment between sales records and finance records.5) Reporting Accuracy &amp; Record MaintenanceEnsure:Timely submission of reportsHigh accuracy of data and MIS numbersProper record filing (soft + hard copies)Maintain structured filing of approvals, reports, correspondence, and project documentation.6) Dashboards &amp; Management SupportAssist in preparation of:Management dashboards and review reportsPresentation reports for leadership meetingsPerformance analysis and trend reportsRequired Skills &amp; QualificationsEducationGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)Experience1&ndash;4 years experience in MIS and coordination roleUAE Real estate experience preferredTechnical SkillsStrong command of MS Excel including:VLOOKUP / HLOOKUPPivot TablesReport formatting and data consolidationWorking knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Sales CRM preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Job DescriptionRoles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for customer requests, complaints and escalating issues as appropriate &amp; facilitate the internal approval mechanism for ensuring the work is done in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure the company documentation is accurate as per the guidelines of the legal authorities &amp; company policies.</li><li>Complete customer KYC &amp; due diligence.</li><li>Implement and enhance receivables collection mechanism across all projects</li><li>Responsible for reaching out to customers for default payment collection.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables through robust follow up.</li><li>Perform find allocation for the initial payment received from customer.</li><li>Complete documentation of additional request by customer &amp; obtain necessary approvals from respective departments.</li><li>Prepare documentation work for portfolio &amp; retain mortgages deals.</li><li>Ensure customer-wise &amp; unit-wise information is updated in the ERP.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience into collections</li><li>Arabic speaking is a must</li><li>Prefer Female candidate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
