Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager – Off-Plan to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan sales, a strong network within the Dubai property market, and the leadership skills necessary to drive a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about new launches, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in off-plan property sales in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and major developers.
- Proven sales track record in off-plan properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- RERA certification is a plus.
