We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, recruit, train, and scale a high-performing sales team while ensuring aggressive revenue growth and full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a real estate sales team
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Driving conversion from leads
- Training and mentoring agents
- Monitoring KPIs and CRM discipline
- Ensuring adherence to RERA and company compliance standards
- Improving team productivity and profitability
This role requires a leader with strong Dubai real estate experience, team management capability, and the ability to create a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment & Development
- Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing real estate agents
- Build a scalable and target-driven sales team
- Conduct interviews and talent evaluations
- Ensure all team members meet company and RERA standards
- Develop structured onboarding and continuous training programs
- Monitor agent productivity and performance metrics
- Create accountability systems for daily activity and follow-ups
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive team performance to maximize lead conversion
- Personally handle strategic clients and high-value investors
- Monitor pipeline management and closing ratios
- Ensure efficient lead allocation and follow-up systems
- Improve conversion rates from company-generated Meta leads
- Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
KPI & Performance Management
The ideal candidate will be accountable for:

Training & Coaching Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sales briefings and motivation sessions
- Train agents on:

- Objection handling
- Investor psychology
- CRM usage
- Lead conversion
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation strategies
- Closing techniques
- Ensure agents understand Dubai real estate laws and ethical sales practices
- Implement role-play sessions and performance improvement programs
RERA Compliance & Operational Discipline
- Ensure full adherence to RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws
- Maintain compliance across all sales activities and advertising practices
- Ensure agents use approved documentation and procedures
- Monitor ethical sales conduct and transparency with clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction reporting
- Coordinate with compliance and administration teams for documentation accuracy
- Prevent unauthorized promises, misleading marketing, or policy violations
Compensation Structure:
Competitive fixed salary based on experience and leadership capability.
Attractive Commission Structure on team override + personal closings

Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of off-plan market and developers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of RERA regulations
- Experience handling Meta generated leads
- Strong CRM and reporting discipline
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
