We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Secondary Market (Real Estate)

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team!

Location: Downtown dubai

What we're looking for:
Strong experience in the secondary real estate market
Expertise in developing a specialized, area-focused sales approach
Deep understanding of local market dynamics and client requirements
Proven ability to drive sales, build relationships, and lead from the front
Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and closing skills

What you'll do:

• Drive sales in the secondary real estate market
• Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong client and broker relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Work Schedule:
6 days a week
