About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate is an English speaker with a strong background in London`s and Dubai’s real estate market, capable of driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and implementing effective sales strategies across both Off-Plan and Secondary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase company revenue
- Monitor agents’ performance and provide continuous coaching and support
- Drive business growth in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism within the team
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales management
- Proven track record in Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge
- of Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Valid driving license is preferred
