European Sales Manager

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate is an English speaker with a strong background in London`s and Dubai’s real estate market, capable of driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and implementing effective sales strategies across both Off-Plan and Secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase company revenue
  • Monitor agents’ performance and provide continuous coaching and support
  • Drive business growth in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism within the team
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales management
  • Proven track record in Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge
  • of Dubai real estate market and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Valid driving license is preferred
