Fleet Administrative AssistantGolf Mill Ford and Golf Mill Chevrolet in Niles are now hiring a Fleet Administrative Assistant.This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, fast paced environment and help our dealerships continue to grow!JOB DESCRIPTION:This role includes various duties and will report directly to the Fleet and Commercial Business Director. The ideal candidate must have excellent phone and people skills. We&rsquo;re looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn new skills.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Coordinate deliveries with customers and vendors</li><li>Track new inventory orders placed through the manufacturers and vendors.</li><li>Assist in reporting sales and applying for tracking incentive claims.</li><li>Assist in billing out deals and learning the paperwork delivery process.</li><li>Organize and structure daily tasks as the department grows.</li><li>Assist with Accounts Receivable collections.</li><li>Daily administrative paperwork and filing.</li><li>Assist in answering phones, responding to emails and questions from customers</li><li>HUGE potential for growth</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:<ul><li>Dealership experience preferred but not required.</li><li>ADP or CDK dealer experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable and organized.</li><li>Computer proficiency</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite &ndash; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.</li><li>Preferred: BA degree or 2 years' experience in automotive industry.</li></ul>BENEFITS:&middot; 401(K)&middot; Health insurance&middot; Dental insurance&middot; Vision insurance&middot; Life insurance&middot; Paid time off&middot; Weekends and evenings freePay: $1.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
