Golf Mill Ford and Golf Mill Chevrolet in Niles are now hiring a Fleet Administrative Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role includes various duties and will report directly to the Fleet and Commercial Business Director. The ideal candidate must have excellent phone and people skills. We’re looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn new skills.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate deliveries with customers and vendors
  • Track new inventory orders placed through the manufacturers and vendors.
  • Assist in reporting sales and applying for tracking incentive claims.
  • Assist in billing out deals and learning the paperwork delivery process.
  • Organize and structure daily tasks as the department grows.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable collections.
  • Daily administrative paperwork and filing.
  • Assist in answering phones, responding to emails and questions from customers
  • HUGE potential for growth

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

  • Dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • ADP or CDK dealer experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable and organized.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Preferred: BA degree or 2 years' experience in automotive industry.
