Fleet Administrative Assistant
Golf Mill Ford and Golf Mill Chevrolet in Niles are now hiring a Fleet Administrative Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role includes various duties and will report directly to the Fleet and Commercial Business Director. The ideal candidate must have excellent phone and people skills. We’re looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn new skills.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate deliveries with customers and vendors
- Track new inventory orders placed through the manufacturers and vendors.
- Assist in reporting sales and applying for tracking incentive claims.
- Assist in billing out deals and learning the paperwork delivery process.
- Organize and structure daily tasks as the department grows.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable collections.
- Daily administrative paperwork and filing.
- Assist in answering phones, responding to emails and questions from customers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
- ADP or CDK dealer experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable and organized.
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Preferred: BA degree or 2 years' experience in automotive industry.
