Position Requirements &amp; Availability Applicants should have weekend availability and be able to work at least 18&ndash;20 hours per week. Availability for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required, along with the ability to work either a morning or evening shift on Tuesdays.About the Role We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time team members. This position includes hourly pay and tips.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Accurately take customer orders using a point-of-sale system in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Prepare drinks and ingredients according to established recipes and standards</li><li>Keep the workspace organized and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety guidelines</li><li>Assist with inventory management, including restocking and daily counts</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment</li><li>Prior food service or barista experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional languages (e.g., Korean or Chinese) are a plus</li><li>Availability to meet the scheduling requirements listed above</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your resume along with your general availability.Pay: $15.23 - $16.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
