Bubble Tea Barista

Position Requirements & Availability
Applicants should have weekend availability and be able to work at least 18–20 hours per week. Availability for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required, along with the ability to work either a morning or evening shift on Tuesdays.

About the Role
We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time team members. No prior experience is required—we’re happy to train the right candidates. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus shared tips.

Gong Cha is a globally recognized bubble tea brand known for its high-quality beverages and excellent customer service. Since its founding in 2006, the brand has grown to over 1,700 locations across 15+ countries, and continues to expand.

In this role, you’ll contribute to creating a positive and efficient store environment while delivering a great experience for every guest. This position includes hourly pay and tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take customer orders using a point-of-sale system in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare drinks and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
• Keep the workspace organized and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and daily counts
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Prior food service or barista experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional languages (e.g., Korean or Chinese) are a plus
• Availability to meet the scheduling requirements listed above
