As we strive to expand our reach and support more individuals in need of home health care, we are actively seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence in the community and secure client referrals from healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders within Illinois.Target Market:Elderly Populations<ul><li>Demographics: Seniors who require assistance with daily living activities, medical care, and companionship.</li><li>Needs: Chronic disease management, post-surgical care, physical therapy, medication management, and personal care services.</li></ul>Individuals with Chronic Illnesses:<ul><li>Demographics: Patients of all ages suffering from chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory issues, and arthritis.</li><li>Needs: Continuous medical monitoring, medication administration, nutritional support, and specialized therapeutic services.</li></ul>Post-Acute Care Patients:<ul><li>Demographics: Individuals recovering from surgeries, hospitalizations, or acute medical episodes who need transitional care at home.</li><li>Needs: Rehabilitation services, wound care, physical and occupational therapy, and coordination of follow-up medical appointments.</li></ul>Disabled Individuals:<ul><li>Demographics: Persons with physical or developmental disabilities requiring ongoing assistance to maintain independence and quality of life.</li><li>Needs: Personal care, mobility support, daily living assistance, and respite care for family caregivers.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.</li><li>Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li>Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals.</li><li>Community Outreach: Identify and establish partnerships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and other relevant entities to promote our services.</li><li>Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting community events, health fairs, and informational sessions.</li><li>Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.</li><li>Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Support: Provide support to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with other team members on various marketing projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or Home Health care preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li></ul>Attributes:<ul><li>Enthusiastic and proactive</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Chicago, IL 60618 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Chicago, IL 60618: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
