We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead GoodSuite's marketing function. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of all marketing initiatives across our diverse service portfolio. This role requires a strong leader who can align marketing with sales, design and scale go-to-market systems, drive cross-divisional growth, and position GoodSuite as the partner of choice for IT services, managed print services, VoIP, and office technology solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the senior-most marketing leader and sit on the executive leadership team.</li><li>Define and own GoodSuite's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue, retention, and brand growth goals across all divisions: IT Services, Managed Print Services (Imaging/Print), VoIP, and Supplies.</li><li>Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.</li><li>Build and execute go-to-market strategies for key service lines, with particular focus on our Managed Print Services business, which represents a significant portion of our revenue and sales team focus.</li><li>Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across divisions (IT, Imaging, VoIP, Supplies) to maximize customer lifetime value and deepen client relationships.</li><li>Drive demand generation across digital campaigns, content, events, and partnerships.</li><li>Develop and manage vendor/partner marketing programs with key partners including Sharp, HP, and others to leverage co-marketing opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships.</li><li>Oversee marketing operations: CRM, automation, lead scoring, and reporting systems.</li><li>Partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize pipeline, improve lead quality, and accelerate conversion.</li><li>Design and execute client retention, upsell, and referral campaigns to drive organic growth and reduce churn.</li><li>Build local and community presence through sponsorships, events, and community engagement that drives growth and enhances company reputation in our markets.</li><li>Manage brand development, positioning, and thought leadership initiatives to elevate market presence.</li><li>Own marketing budgets, measure ROI, and continuously optimize spend for efficiency.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform messaging and strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record leading marketing strategy in IT services, SaaS, managed services, or office technology companies.</li><li>Experience marketing multi-product/multi-division organizations with cross-sell opportunities preferred.</li><li>Deep expertise in go-to-market systems, demand generation, and sales alignment.</li><li>Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).</li><li>Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategy and action.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Direct experience in the managed IT services, managed print services, or cybersecurity industry.</li><li>Experience with vendor/OEM partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with channel/partner marketing models.</li><li>Track record developing successful customer retention and referral programs.</li><li>Experience building local market presence and community engagement strategies.</li><li>Comfort operating in a growth-stage business environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus.</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.</li><li>Opportunity to shape and scale the marketing function of a fast-growing, multi-division IT and office technology services company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
