We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead GoodSuite's marketing function. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of all marketing initiatives across our diverse service portfolio. This role requires a strong leader who can align marketing with sales, design and scale go-to-market systems, drive cross-divisional growth, and position GoodSuite as the partner of choice for IT services, managed print services, VoIP, and office technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-most marketing leader and sit on the executive leadership team.
- Define and own GoodSuite's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue, retention, and brand growth goals across all divisions: IT Services, Managed Print Services (Imaging/Print), VoIP, and Supplies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for key service lines, with particular focus on our Managed Print Services business, which represents a significant portion of our revenue and sales team focus.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across divisions (IT, Imaging, VoIP, Supplies) to maximize customer lifetime value and deepen client relationships.
- Drive demand generation across digital campaigns, content, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and manage vendor/partner marketing programs with key partners including Sharp, HP, and others to leverage co-marketing opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Oversee marketing operations: CRM, automation, lead scoring, and reporting systems.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize pipeline, improve lead quality, and accelerate conversion.
- Design and execute client retention, upsell, and referral campaigns to drive organic growth and reduce churn.
- Build local and community presence through sponsorships, events, and community engagement that drives growth and enhances company reputation in our markets.
- Manage brand development, positioning, and thought leadership initiatives to elevate market presence.
- Own marketing budgets, measure ROI, and continuously optimize spend for efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform messaging and strategy.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record leading marketing strategy in IT services, SaaS, managed services, or office technology companies.
- Experience marketing multi-product/multi-division organizations with cross-sell opportunities preferred.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market systems, demand generation, and sales alignment.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategy and action.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience in the managed IT services, managed print services, or cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with vendor/OEM partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with channel/partner marketing models.
- Track record developing successful customer retention and referral programs.
- Experience building local market presence and community engagement strategies.
- Comfort operating in a growth-stage business environment.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
