Primary responsibility for leading the Sales & Marketing departments to achieve Division goals. Responsible for setting goals needed to achieve key operational targets including closing projections, sales, profitability, and other metrics for the Division. Serves as a member of the Division Leadership team and works closely with the Division President.

Admin and Backlog Management
Marketing and Community Launch
Roll out new communities, including the review of pricing, model home setups, sales addenda updates, design updates, signage, grand openings, homesite premiums (approved by Division President), etc.

Maintain knowledge on emerging products and services.

In cooperation with Corporate Marketing, oversee local digital and social media marketing efforts.

Oversee local promotions to the public and Realtors

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant area
