We are an established and well-loved pet sitting company that serves Hartford and Slinger, and select areas of Washington County.We are seeking exceptional pet sitters to add to our staff.Pet Sitting Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide daily care, including feeding, fresh water, and administering medications if needed.</li><li>Offer companionship and playtime to reduce stress and promote well-being.</li><li>Groom pets as required, such as brushing or basic cleaning.</li><li>Ensure litter boxes, cages, or bedding are clean and hygienic.</li><li>Handle specific needs for various pets, including birds, cats, or exotic animals, as instructed.</li><li>Perform house-sitting tasks, such as watering plants, collecting mail, or adjusting lights, if requested.</li><li>Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, photos, and assurance of their pets' care.</li><li>Monitor pets for signs of illness or distress and report immediately to the owner or veterinarian.</li><li>Follow emergency protocols for unexpected issues, such as pet injuries or household emergencies.</li><li>Respect and protect the client&rsquo;s property and home security.</li></ul>Information regarding visits:<ul><li>Visits are 1-2 times per day at the clients home for approx. 3-14 days. Must be available weekdays &amp; weekends as needed by client.</li><li>Visits for dogs are 15 to 60 minutes between 6am-2pm. (as needed by clients)</li><li>Visit times for cats/small animals are more flexible and are usually once daily for a 30-minute visit.</li><li>Pay Rate: $7.50-20.00/per visit (depends on the length of visit scheduled by client)</li><li>This is a very part-time job to start. More opportunities available as we grow.</li></ul>Requirements for the dog and cat visitor position:<ul><li>✅ Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>✅ Be a dedicated and knowledgeable animal lover who enjoys caring for animals.</li><li>✅ You love both dogs and cats and are not allergic.</li><li>✅ Be at least 18 years old and able to pass a federal background check.</li><li>✅ Own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps and texting.</li><li>✅ You understand this job is meant to be supplemental and does not guarantee hours.</li><li>✅ You can commit to working with us for at least 1 year.</li><li>✅ You can work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:<ul><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
