Key Responsibilities:1. Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Jaipur region.</li><li>Drive volume growth across 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler tyre segments.</li><li>Improve average billing per dealer and overall market penetration.</li><li>Focus on right mix of sizes &amp; patterns, not single-item selling.</li></ul>2. Dealer Network Development<ul><li>Appoint new dealers in uncovered or weak tehsils.</li><li>Strengthen relationships with existing dealers through regular visits.</li><li>Ensure proper product visibility, scheme awareness, and stock rotation.</li><li>Handle dealer objections related to price, comparison, and margins with a strong value story.</li></ul>4. Market Intelligence &amp; Execution<ul><li>Track competitor activity (TVS, JK, local brands) on pricing, schemes, and sizes.</li><li>Share regular market feedback with management.</li><li>Execute company schemes, special drives, and focus campaigns effectively.</li><li>Identify high-potential counters and convert them into consistent buyers.</li></ul>5. Planning &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure:</li><li>Daily Sales Report</li><li>Tour Plan &amp; Beat Coverage</li><li>Dealer Visit Logs</li><li>Maintain data accuracy for dealers, areas, and tehsils.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
