Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Jaipur region.
- Drive volume growth across 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler tyre segments.
- Improve average billing per dealer and overall market penetration.
- Focus on right mix of sizes & patterns, not single-item selling.
2. Dealer Network Development
- Appoint new dealers in uncovered or weak tehsils.
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers through regular visits.
- Ensure proper product visibility, scheme awareness, and stock rotation.
- Handle dealer objections related to price, comparison, and margins with a strong value story.
4. Market Intelligence & Execution
- Track competitor activity (TVS, JK, local brands) on pricing, schemes, and sizes.
- Share regular market feedback with management.
- Execute company schemes, special drives, and focus campaigns effectively.
- Identify high-potential counters and convert them into consistent buyers.
5. Planning & Reporting
- Ensure:
- Daily Sales Report
- Tour Plan & Beat Coverage
- Dealer Visit Logs
- Maintain data accuracy for dealers, areas, and tehsils.
