What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Welcome and assist clients and families</li><li>
Answer phones and help connect people with services</li><li>
Manage paperwork, forms, and program records</li><li>
Enter and maintain data accurately</li><li>
Support the Client Services team with daily operations</li><li>
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, providers, and teammates</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
✔ Organized and detail-oriented 
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills 
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment 
✔ Team player with a positive attitude 
✔ Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
