What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist clients and families
• Answer phones and help connect people with services
• Manage paperwork, forms, and program records
• Enter and maintain data accurately
• Support the Client Services team with daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, providers, and teammates

What We’re Looking For

✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
✔ Team player with a positive attitude
✔ Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
