 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Ethics &amp; Compliance Senior Specialist will be part of the Global Ethics and Compliance team and be responsible to develop, support and implement effective programs to identify, prevent, detect, mitigate, and resolve compliance risks, with the goal of strengthening the organization's ethics and compliance program.
 
 
 
 Position Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand and communicate global Ethics and Compliance policies, processes, and tools to employees and help resolve any queries or doubts
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct awareness and education programs to advise and educate employees on ethics and compliance policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and investigate potential compliance issues and risks, collaborating with the Ethics &amp; Compliance Investigation leads as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compliance due diligence, risk assessments, and monitoring programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review non-compliance issues and incidents, gather evidence, and document findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create global communications for site newsletters and monthly messages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports for global stakeholders and leadership on key risks and training completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support automation initiatives for reporting and data analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and document business or organisation specific compliance risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on compliance developments impacting Google Operations Center.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop expertise in industry standards, global programs to strengthen Ethics and Compliance program.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications and Experience
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree holder from an accredited institution
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management at multiple levels
 </li>
 <li>
 6 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in compliance or audit
 </li>
 <li>
 Ethics and Compliance Certifications (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work experience in BPO, and/or captive services organizations preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in investigative work (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with global compliance programs and managing initiatives of varying complexity

Compliance Senior Specialist

 As an Analytics &amp; Insights Manager, you will drive measurement and analysis that support marketing programs. You will utilize insights to enable marketers to develop valuable and highly effective programs. You are primarily responsible for overseeing, managing and evaluating the effectiveness of the workflows operations team.
 
 
 
 
 Position Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor overall success of workflow service delivery and maintain overall accountability for the request fulfillment process for a specific workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Review performance data from the operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of individual influencers
 </li>
 <li>
 The person is expected to lead on technical discussions as well as lead a team and provide the technical guidance and support and also ensure that the team have all necessary resources to perform delivery work
 </li>
 <li>
 Document any process improvement opportunities, and submit this information to quality management
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as incident coordinator and confirm the reporting incident validity, category, and priority level and assign incidents to the correct group or resource for close out
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess the feasibility of proposed problem resolutions, including the resource availability and potential schedules; review and approve workarounds and resolutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Determining, creating, and implementing internal process improvements, such as redesigning infrastructure for increased scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role also needs to have critical problem solving skills with the data technology related problems and bring innovation to all problems coming their way.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in cross-functional Collaboration, Agile Software Development &amp; Product Lifecycle Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 4-5 years of experience in people management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in leading, mentoring &amp; coaching technical teams and ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level proficiency in writing complex SQL queries across various databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to extract, transform, and analyze data
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate knowledge of data warehousing concepts (i.e., technical architectures, infrastructure components, estimated time to launch, and reporting/analytics tools and environments).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
