Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineer to manage the maintenance of our chemical manufacturing plant. The role involves handling breakdowns, preventive maintenance, material indenting, and day-to-day updates, ensuring smooth plant operations.Key Responsibilities:&#10146; Plant Record Maintenance: Keep accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with standards.&#10146; Breakdown &amp; Preventive Maintenance: Quickly address equipment failures and implement preventive maintenance schedules.&#10146; Material Indenting: Identify and requisition necessary materials and parts.&#10146; Utility &amp; Equipment Maintenance: Maintain utilities (chilling ice plant, cooling towers, evaporators, spray dryers, boilers) and critical equipment (gearboxes, motors, pipelines, pumps, filter presses).&#10146; Safety Compliance: Manage risks associated with hazardous chemicals and ensure safety protocols are followed.&#10146; Preparation and update of documentation related to QMS, Health, Safety &amp; Environment management system.Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the chemical industry.
