Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Financial Control&uuml; Lead the Accounts &amp; Finance team and ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end closure.&uuml; Review ledgers, reconciliations, provisioning, and statutory compliances.&uuml; Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.2. Cash Flow, Treasury &amp; Working Capital&uuml; Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly cash flow.&uuml; Ensure optimum working capital levels and timely fund availability.&uuml; Manage treasury operations, fund allocation, and banking transactions.3. Receivables, Payables &amp; Credit Control&uuml; Oversee customer receivables, ageing analysis, and collection follow-ups.&uuml; Manage vendor payments, credit cycles, and ensure timely processing.&uuml; Review commercial terms and financial discipline across departments.4. Financial Reporting &amp; MIS&uuml; Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.&uuml; Assist in project-wise profitability reporting and cost analysis.&uuml; Support management with financial insights for decision-making.5. Banking, Loans, Forex &amp; External Coordination&uuml; Liaison with banks for working capital limits, project finance, LCs, BGs, and loan documentation.&uuml; Manage forex exposure, forward contracts, and import/export settlements.&uuml; Ensure timely submission of CMA data, stock statements, and other banking compliances.6. Taxation &amp; Compliance&uuml; Oversee GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax compliance, returns, and assessments.&uuml; Review and finalize GSTR-2B reconciliation and ensure correct ITC claims.&uuml; Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.7. Import&ndash;Export &amp; Regulatory Compliance&uuml; Manage complete import&ndash;export documentation: BOE, shipping documents, LUT/Bond, eBRC, etc.&uuml; Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, Customs, DGFT and maintain all regulatory records.8. Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Cost Control&uuml; Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.&uuml; Monitor budget vs actual, cost variances, and financial KPIs.&uuml; Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.Core Skills &amp; Competencies&uuml; Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, banking, and financial management.&uuml; Hands-on experience in working capital management, LC/BG processes, and forex.&uuml; Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.&uuml; Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel.&uuml; High integrity, discipline, and ability to work independently with ownership.Requirements: Education: M. Com.
