FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Control

ü Lead the Accounts & Finance team and ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end closure.

ü Review ledgers, reconciliations, provisioning, and statutory compliances.

ü Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

2. Cash Flow, Treasury & Working Capital

ü Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly cash flow.

ü Ensure optimum working capital levels and timely fund availability.

ü Manage treasury operations, fund allocation, and banking transactions.

3. Receivables, Payables & Credit Control

ü Oversee customer receivables, ageing analysis, and collection follow-ups.

ü Manage vendor payments, credit cycles, and ensure timely processing.

ü Review commercial terms and financial discipline across departments.

4. Financial Reporting & MIS

ü Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.

ü Assist in project-wise profitability reporting and cost analysis.

ü Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

5. Banking, Loans, Forex & External Coordination

ü Liaison with banks for working capital limits, project finance, LCs, BGs, and loan documentation.

ü Manage forex exposure, forward contracts, and import/export settlements.

ü Ensure timely submission of CMA data, stock statements, and other banking compliances.

6. Taxation & Compliance

ü Oversee GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax compliance, returns, and assessments.

ü Review and finalize GSTR-2B reconciliation and ensure correct ITC claims.

ü Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.

7. Import–Export & Regulatory Compliance

ü Manage complete import–export documentation: BOE, shipping documents, LUT/Bond, eBRC, etc.

ü Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, Customs, DGFT and maintain all regulatory records.

8. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control

ü Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

ü Monitor budget vs actual, cost variances, and financial KPIs.

ü Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Core Skills & Competencies

ü Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, banking, and financial management.

ü Hands-on experience in working capital management, LC/BG processes, and forex.

ü Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.

ü Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel.

ü High integrity, discipline, and ability to work independently with ownership.

Requirements:

Education: M. Com. With MBA / CA Qualified

Experience: 12 - 15 years in accounting, finance, taxation and auditing.
