Our practice is heavily focused on immigration matters such as family-based petitions, naturalization, adjustment of status, consulate processing, hardship waivers, removal defense, asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, appeals, employment authorization, non-immigrant visas, and employment-based petitions for skilled workers and other professionals.We are looking for a full-time receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and to manage a heavy workload.Responsibilities include:Answer phone calls and schedule and confirm appointmentsContact clients as assigned by Attorneys or Paralegals and provide updates accordinglyPerform clerical tasks, including but not limited to assistance in drafting letters and drafting other documentsPerform clerical duties with case management softwareOpen, Scan and Close Physical FilesRespond to EmailsReceive and record incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mailReceive paymentsSchedule is from 9AM to 5PM.Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be FLUENT in Spanish and English</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Familiar with Immigration Court and USCIS procedures</li><li>Able to multi-task and productive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Minimum 2 yeas of experience as a legal receptionist</li></ul>Salary will be determined based on experience.
