Our brand lives at the intersection of high performance, culture, and community, fueled by authenticity and a relentless drive to be the best.The Role We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Influencer &amp; Community Specialist to help expand Gorilla Mind&rsquo;s presence across social media, build strong influencer partnerships, and engage our growing community of fans and ambassadors. This role will support influencer campaigns, manage relationships, and keep a pulse on what&rsquo;s trending in the fitness and lifestyle space.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who&rsquo;s passionate about fitness, social media, and brand culture, and wants to grow with a fast-moving company.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Assist with influencer management including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and maintaining ongoing partnerships.</li><li>Coordinate influencer campaigns by tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance results.</li><li>Support the Ambassador Program with onboarding and tracking ambassador engagement and performance.</li><li>Work with the Social Media Manager on content scheduling, community engagement, performance tracking, and campaign execution to ensure alignment with brand strategy.</li><li>Engage with the Gorilla Mind community across social channels, responding to comments and messages while helping maintain a consistent brand voice.</li><li>Support community activations such as giveaways, events, and collaborations.</li><li>Stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends to share new ideas and opportunities.</li><li>Track and report on influencer, ambassador, and community metrics.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA, with the ability to attend content shoots, events, and collaborations in person.</li><li>One to three years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships count).</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at once.</li><li>Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.</li><li>A genuine passion for health, fitness, and supplements.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love It Here<ul><li>Be part of one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.</li><li>Collaborate with top creators and fitness personalities.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing.</li><li>Join a passionate, high-performing team that values creativity, ownership, and growth.</li></ul>CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $55,000 -65,000 per year, depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses and other applicable incentives.At Gorilla Mind, we strive to provide competitive and equitable compensation.
