Influencer and Community Specialist

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Influencer & Community Specialist to help expand Gorilla Mind’s presence across social media, build strong influencer partnerships, and engage our growing community of fans and ambassadors. This role will support influencer campaigns, manage relationships, and keep a pulse on what’s trending in the fitness and lifestyle space.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with influencer management including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and maintaining ongoing partnerships.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns by tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance results.
• Support the Ambassador Program with onboarding and tracking ambassador engagement and performance.
• Work with the Social Media Manager on content scheduling, community engagement, performance tracking, and campaign execution to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Engage with the Gorilla Mind community across social channels, responding to comments and messages while helping maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Support community activations such as giveaways, events, and collaborations.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends to share new ideas and opportunities.
• Track and report on influencer, ambassador, and community metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA, with the ability to attend content shoots, events, and collaborations in person.
• One to three years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships count).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at once.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and supplements.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 -65,000 per year, depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses and other applicable incentives.
