Part-Time Housekeeping Support (Growth into Lead Role)Gothic Heights Inn is a small, well-maintained boutique inn set within a restored historic church in St. Louis. We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support weekly operations, with a clear path to grow into a lead housekeeping role over time.This is a consistent, low-stress position with short shifts, focused on keeping the property clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the week.Schedule<ul><li>Wednesday: ~2 hours</li><li>Thursday: ~2 hours</li><li>Saturday: ~1.5&ndash;2 hours (with our primary cleaner)</li><li>Sunday: occasional/on-call (paid if needed)</li></ul>Additional optional hours may be available Monday or Tuesday depending on workload.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Laundry (linens, towels, folding, staging for upcoming stays)</li><li>Mop floors, including edges and corners</li><li>Light dusting, cobweb removal, detail work</li><li>Reset and maintain common areas</li><li>Restock coffee, snacks, and supplies</li><li>Assist with room turnovers on weekends</li><li>Learn and follow a consistent cleaning system</li></ul>Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow into a lead housekeeping position.
