Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.</li><li>Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.</li><li>Educate children on basic academic concepts while incorporating play-based learning techniques.</li><li>Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special education needs or disabilities.</li><li>Monitor and assess each child's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including infant care and toddler care.</li><li>Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial.</li><li>Experience working with students who have disabilities or special education needs is a plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future of our young learners by providing them with the foundational skills they need for lifelong success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Childcare</li></ul>Work Location: In person
