Grace Hagerty Real Estate is a family-owned brokerage based on Martha&rsquo;s Vineyard, and we&rsquo;re expanding through Zillow&rsquo;s Preferred program. As part of this, we will be receiving a consistent flow of inbound buyer leads for Cape Cod and surrounding areas.We are looking for a Cape-based real estate agent to join our brokerage in a flexible capacity and handle these opportunities locally.This is not a traditional role focused on prospecting. We generate the leads &mdash; you focus on converting and servicing clients.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Respond quickly to inbound Zillow buyer leads</li><li>Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email</li><li>Schedule and conduct property showings</li><li>Write and negotiate offers</li><li>Guide buyers from inquiry through closing</li><li>Manage pipeline within our CRM system (Follow Up Boss)</li></ul>What We Provide<ul><li>Consistent flow of inbound buyer leads (no cold prospecting)</li><li>CRM system + lead routing already set up</li><li>Established brand and support from experienced brokers</li><li>Flexible structure (not a traditional 9&ndash;5 role)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active Massachusetts real estate license</li><li>Based on Cape Cod or nearby (South Shore / SE MA)</li><li>Strong responsiveness (speed is critical with these leads)</li><li>Ability to show properties on short notice</li><li>Organized and comfortable working within a CRM system</li><li>2+ years experience preferred, but not required</li></ul>Important NoteDue to the structure of the Zillow program and lead routing system, this role requires you to operate under our brokerage for these leads.
