Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a passion for fostering children's development. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.</li><li>Implement daily routines that include meals, naps, playtime, and educational activities.</li><li>Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment that is conducive to learning.</li><li>Plan and execute educational activities that align with childhood development milestones.</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.</li><li>Teach in Sunday School.</li><li>Document children's progress and maintain records as needed.</li><li>Qualifications</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.</li><li>First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.</li><li>Experience with behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among children.</li><li>Background in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various age groups.</li><li>Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.</li><li>Previous experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial.
