Job Description &ndash; Evening CaregiverSchedule: FlexiblePosition OverviewGraceful Living Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Caregiver to provide support and assistance to clients. The caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients while maintaining compliance with all applicable state regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide supervision and assistance as needed during the shift.</li><li>Administer medications as delegated by the Registered Nurse and in accordance with physician orders.</li><li>Assist clients with daily routines, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, showers, and meal preparation.</li><li>Support clients in building skills, learning routines, and developing independence where possible.</li><li>Create a positive and engaging environment by bonding with clients and offering companionship.</li><li>Monitor client safety and respond to needs throughout the shift.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including medication administration records.</li><li>Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors, nurses, and case managers.</li><li>Report any changes in client condition or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or nurse.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields preferred (experience with children and medication administration is a plus).</li><li>Interest in teaching, supporting, and encouraging clients in daily living skills.</li><li>Ability to work evening shifts consistently.</li><li>Must be reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to follow agency policies.</li><li>Must pass background study and required health screenings.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay.</li><li>Supportive team environment.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and training</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Saint Louis Park, MN 55424 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Saint Louis Park, MN 55424: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
