Facilitate the introduction of students and tutors based on academic needs and student preferences</li><li>
Serve as a primary point of contact for tutors, providing proactive communication and support</li><li>
Manage active tutoring engagements to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery</li><li>
Actively support new tutor acquisition to meet regional and subject demand</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems</li><li>
Resolve scheduling issues and service concerns with professionalism and empathy</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics related to placements, satisfaction, retention, and tutor supply</li><li>

Work Environment</b></div><div>
This remote role requires regular use of a computer and phone for extended periods. The position operates in a multi-monitor workstation environment (typically three monitors) and involves frequent switching between systems, screens, and applications to manage client, tutor, and scheduling information in real time. Team members must be comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-screen setting that requires sustained focus, multitasking, and the ability to quickly interpret and act on information from multiple sources while engaging with clients and tutors.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Schedule</b></div><div>
100% remote! This department operates from 6 AM - 7 PM PST Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts. We're primarily hiring with the range of 9AM&ndash;7 PM PST shift, with a one hour lunch break. Overtime hours of 5-8 weekly typically required during the peak seasons (Mid-Aug through Mid-Oct and Mid-Jan through Mid-March) and will be compensated per your state's requirements.</div><div></div><div><br>

If you're passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.</p><p><b>About the student</b></p><ul><li>6th &amp; 8th grade student</li><li>The students needs to work with a tutor for general support in their studies, focused on math/reading and developing better study/organizational habits.</li><li>The family is asking for a tutor who has experience working with students with ADHD.</li><li>The students include the sister in 6th grade attending Canyon View Elementary who needs to work with the tutor for reading and math as well as her brother in 8th grade attending Butler Middle School. He has ADHD and needs to work with the tutor for general studies support and developing better study skills and organizational habits. Both students are struggling with their course concepts.</li><li>The goal is for both students to get a better understanding of the concepts, as well as getting caught up on work from their classes and to ultimately pass their classes.</li><li>The family is asking for 2 hour sessions 2 times a week, between 4pm-7pm, on either Monday, Thursday, or Friday.</li><li>The family is seeking a tutor who can meet at the student's home in Cottonwood Heights not far from Memorial Mountain View Cemetery.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Ideal candidates have prior experience working with upper elementary and/or middle school students.</li><li>Ideal candidates will have prior experience tutoring or teaching math and English.</li><li>Ideal candidates will have experience working with students with ADHD.</li><li>Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles)</li><li>Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.</li></ul><p><b>Student Availability</b></p><p>MON &amp; THUR &amp; FRI: 4:00pm-7:00pm</p><p><b>Pay &amp; Benefits</b></p><ul><li>$26.00-$30.00 per hour</li><li>Flexible schedule - choose sessions that fit your availability</li><li>Professional independence - use your own materials and teaching methods</li><li>Easy-to-use platform available for logging sessions and invoicing</li><li>Due to insurance requirements applicants must not be a minor.</li></ul><p><b>If you are interested in working with this student please complete a tutor profile through our company application @ </b>https://apply.gradepotential.com/</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>The family is looking for one tutor for both students for all subjects.
