We are seeking an experienced Landscape Irrigation Technician to join our team here at Graham Landscape &amp; Design in Eugene, OR.As a member of our Landscape Irrigation Team, you'll play a vital role in designing, installing, &amp; maintaining irrigation systems for both residential &amp; commercial properties. Join us &amp; experience firsthand how our commitment to culture sets us apart.</li><li>Bonuses - Various incentive programs including referral bonuses, positive reviews incentives, Google reviews rewards, Employee of the Month recognition, Kudos winners rewards, Competitor Referral bonus, &amp; more to reward outstanding performance &amp; contributions.</li></ul>Responsibilities as a Landscape Irrigation Technician:<ul><li>Install irrigation systems, connecting pipes, valves, and sprinklers.</li><li>Install controllers, timers, and sensors for automation.</li><li>Inspect and test systems regularly; diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and broken parts.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters and replacing parts.</li><li>Upgrade systems for efficiency; install drip lines and rain sensors.</li><li>Reprogram controllers and timers to optimize watering schedules.</li><li>Resolve issues with water pressure, electrical connections, and programming.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools to locate underground leaks and blockages.</li><li>Explain system operations and maintenance to clients.</li><li>Provide recommendations for improving irrigation efficiency.</li><li>Conduct seasonal adjustments like winterizing and spring reactivation.</li><li>Work with landscape designers, project managers, and other team members.</li><li>Maintain documentation, work logs and communicate effectively utilizing Google Suite.</li></ul>Qualifications for Landscape Irrigation Technician:<ul><li>Possession of a valid driver's license &amp; reliable transportation is required.</li><li>Previous experience in landscape irrigation is highly preferred.</li><li>Backflow certification is highly preferred. </li><li>Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.</li><li>Able to work consistently in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.</li></ul>Join our team &amp; cultivate your career in landscaping.
