<ul><li>Experience: 1-2 years of professional or project-based experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or full-time experience is applicable).</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li></ul>Technical Proficiency:<ul><li>Proven proficiency with at least one major design and prototyping tool (E.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>Familiarity with foundational visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout).</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate effective communication with developers is a plus.</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly.</li><li>A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to take and implement feedback effectively.</li><li>Solid understanding of the user-centered design (UCD) process.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
