UI/UX Designer

• Experience: 1-2 years of professional or project-based experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or full-time experience is applicable).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Proficiency:

• Proven proficiency with at least one major design and prototyping tool (E.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with foundational visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate effective communication with developers is a plus.

Core Competencies:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to take and implement feedback effectively.
• Solid understanding of the user-centered design (UCD) process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
