Grand Astoria Hotel , Bur Dubai is looking for HR Assistant candidate with following requirement -Job description of HR Assistant&middot; Employee Record Management:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.&middot; Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.&middot; Employee Relations:Addressing employee inquiries, resolving minor HR-related issues, and escalating complex cases to senior HR staff.&middot; Benefits Administration:Assisting with enrollment in company benefits programs, processing leave requests, and answering employee questions about benefits.&middot; Payroll Support:Verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and assisting with payroll processing.&middot; Compliance:Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, staying informed about updates, and implementing necessary changes to HR processes.&middot; Administrative Support:Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating HR-related events.Essential Skills and Qualifications:&middot; Minimum Bachelor's degree: in Human Resources or a related field.&middot; Minimum 01 year experience as an HR assistant or in a similar HR administrative role.&middot; Familiarity with UAE labor laws.Experience in visa processing or employee licensing (e.g., DHA/MOH).&middot; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office word &amp; excelJob Type: Full-timePay: AED1,250.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Available for physical interview in Dubai ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR Assistant/Admin Assistant: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
