We are a reputable 3-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, dedicated to offering exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences to our guests. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team and support our digital presence across major platforms.

Position Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in creating engaging content, managing online platforms, and presenting the hotel’s services, facilities, and guest experiences in the most attractive way. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, photography, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing hotel rooms, amenities, F&B outlets, and guest experiences.
• Plan, draft, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive engagement.
• Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and content strategies.
• Support in running paid campaigns and promotions.
• Track performance analytics and provide weekly/monthly insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for content requirements and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Strong passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media trends.
• Basic photography and videography skills (mobile or camera).
• Proficiency in editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps is a plus).
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience or portfolio in social media/content creation is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai
