<ul><li>Supervise stewarding staff during assigned shifts</li><li>Assign daily tasks and ensure proper completion</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, storage rooms, and equipment</li><li>Ensure correct use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment</li><li>Enforce food safety, hygiene, and health &amp; safety standards</li><li>Monitor dishwashing operations to ensure efficiency and quality</li><li>Support kitchen and service teams during peak periods</li><li>Train new stewarding team members and coach existing staff</li><li>Report maintenance issues, shortages, or safety concerns to management</li><li>Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures</li><li>Complete basic shift reports and handovers</li></ul><p>Qualifications &amp; Skills</p><ul><li>Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations</li><li>Leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a team</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Physically able to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
