OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and resourceful IT &amp; Operations Specialist to join our growing managed services team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our helpdesk, owning day-to-day client support while also managing network infrastructure, billing, and quoting. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who wants real ownership over how support is delivered &mdash; not just a ticket queue to clear. You'll be the face of the company for many of our clients, so initiative, reliability, and a knack for clear communication matter as much as technical skill.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all client helpdesk inquiries and support requests</li><li>Run day-to-day helpdesk operations, managing ticket flow, prioritization, and resolution using Syncro (our PSA/ticketing platform)</li><li>Manage and troubleshoot client network infrastructure using UniFi (routers, switches, access points, UDM Pro)</li><li>Support and troubleshoot Amcrest camera/surveillance systems for clients</li><li>Support and troubleshoot Algo speaker/PA systems, primarily for school clients</li><li>Handle client billing and invoicing for support and project work</li><li>Prepare quotes for clients on new equipment, services, or projects</li><li>Identify and resolve recurring technical issues, bringing creative, practical fixes rather than just patching symptoms</li><li>Represent the company professionally in all client interactions &mdash; you're often the only face a client sees</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on IT support experience (helpdesk, MSP, or similar)</li><li>No degree required</li><li>No certifications required</li><li>Comfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly (Syncro, UniFi, Amcrest, Algo)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-starter who's comfortable owning client relationships with minimal oversight</li></ul>What We're Looking ForSomeone who treats this job like it's theirs to run &mdash; not just a checklist to get through.
