Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans</li><li>Monitor residents&rsquo; health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members</li><li>Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely</li><li>Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support</li><li>Document resident care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans</li><li>Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff</li></ul>
Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid LPN license in the state of Florida</li><li>Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care</li><li>Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including some weekends</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards</li></ul>
