Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Second Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Document resident care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care
• Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including some weekends
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
