This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around a wine list, thrives on guest connection, and understands how to read a room. Experience in restaurants, tasting rooms, and wine bars is highly preferred.You&rsquo;ll be doing:<ul><li>Greeting guests and making them feel welcome</li><li>Pouring boutique wines &amp; craft beer with confidence</li><li>Guiding guests through our wine flights and offerings that are informative, not scripted</li><li>Serving elevated, seasonal plates</li><li>Running point on register, flow, and front-end vibe</li><li>Delivering service that&rsquo;s smooth, sincere, and style-forward</li><li>Helping prepare and serve zero-proof/mocktail beverages</li><li>Educating people about the Saint K Wine Club</li><li>Keeping tabs on front-of-house inventory</li><li>Creating a clean, inviting space where your personality can shine</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>You take your work seriously &mdash; but not yourself</li><li>You&rsquo;ve got taste, hustle, curiosity to learn more and a deep respect for hospitality</li><li>You&rsquo;re into wine, food, and supporting local producers</li><li>You show up, stay sharp, and do the job with care</li><li>You enjoy working both as part of a team and independently</li></ul>Expectations:<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li>Standing, walking, bending throughout shifts; reaching above and at shoulder level</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>We're specifically looking for availability to work on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with the possibility for more days</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Wine education + access to tastings and events, including chef collabs, winemaker dinners, and community nights</li><li>Respect, creative input, given room to grow and lots of fun to be had</li><li>Food, Wine and Merchandise Discounts</li><li>Pay starts at $20 per hour, plus tips.</li></ul>Come be part of something fun and special!Send your resume (and a quick note about why you're interested) to hello@gravesendpaso.com.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 per weekWork Location: In person
